Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Parents may request a cancellation of their child's enrollment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the first class. Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the start of the course may not be eligible for a full refund due to reserved seating and resource allocation.

2. Refund Processing

If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (via Razorpay). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (usually 5-7 business days), depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Missed Classes

No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for individual classes missed by the student during a multi-session course. However, we will do our best to provide catch-up materials or recording links if applicable.

4. Class Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we have to cancel a class due to instructor illness or unforeseen technical issues, we will either offer a rescheduled make-up class or provide a pro-rated refund for the missed session.
